  • Windows XP
  • Microsoft Desktop Applications, Office etc
  • Good understanding of LAN's in a small business environment, including WAN, VPN knwoledge
  • Good understanding of current Desktop Hardware and ability to diagnose and repair problems
  • Microsoft Certified Professional quals
Highly Desirable Skills
  • MCSE
  • Understanding of Active Directory Policies and structure.
  • Understanding of internet security.
